Mikey

I'm a graphic designer and type designer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon. A graduate of RMIT University's Bachelor of Design Studies program, I find my way into branding and type design. My focus is on creating typefaces with unconventional concepts and experimental execution. The initial drive into typography stemmed from a desire to improve Vietnamese language support in fonts, but my work has since expanded to explore idiosyncratic letterforms and the history behind. Currently a student in Type West 2025, I blend technical precision with a willingness to challenge typographic norms.
